We are planning a workshop format based on a suggestion from Aiden Buckland. Each session will start at 9 am with one or more keynote speakers or videos. All videoconference sites will receive the same discussion and have the opportunity to ask questions. We will then break into a number of smaller groups with a few sites in each. These might address a particular topic of mutual interest (e.g. Fibre to the home, teaching ESL) or a shared regional perspective (e.g. Promoting Alberta's sunbelt, wireless in the foothills). After a second coffee break we will then reconvene for a report-back plenary session and closing comments, shortly before noon.
