Videoconference Extract
This clip from one of our planning meetings features Bill Fricker describing how we will organize the sessions on October 31st so as to encourage multi-community participation.
It also shows you what a videoconference looks like (if you ignore the watermark from the trial copy of the software we evaluating). The active site is shown on the left hand screen with other sites around it. At many venues a second screen (on the right here) is used either to show presentation materials or display the picture that is being sent to other sites.
We plan to record all the sessions on October 31st and post them to YouTube so you can view them if you miss the event or want to see and hear again what a particular speaker had to say.
