Business Plan Purposes
- Prepare a deliverable agreed with the Rural Secretariat by March 31st
- Provide a document to assist the newly formed Board in its deliberations (Based on their deliberation we will likely develop a second iteration of our plan).
- Form a basis for a presentation to the General Meeting on March 17th of our 2009-10 plans
- Provide a critical assessment by stakeholders of existing plans, proposals and priorities
- Capture additional ideas from stakeholders
- Provide a means of canvassing key stakeholders regarding their interest in serving on the Board
- Provide a means of canvassing for letters of support for Rural Connections proposal
