Help us develop our Business Plan
Our goal is to encourage capacity building and collaborative planning by rural communities in regard to broadband access and use. It seems sensible to engage in a similar collaborative process for our own planning even though we have only a very limited time to complete the first iteration of our Business Plan. We therefore want to solicit the views of as many stakeholders as possible.
Key to any plan is identify goals or objectives and a Mission and Vision statements help an organization fo this. Please join our discussion of these.
The planning process has several purposes, but first and foremost it is a document to help the new Board develop its own identity and sense of direction. The plan contents will include our proposed core project, other potential projects and the relationships we might seek to develop.
